I would give Rich and Company 6 stars if I could. I called every tractor dealer between Nashville Chattanooga and Atlanta, John Deere, Kubota, Mahindra, and other branson dealers. And by far got the best, most responsive service from Rich and the lady that works in his office with him. Rich is very professional and will provide you detailed information when requested on various packages and exact cost upfront with no surprises. I ended up with the 3515h and a 10k equipment trailer. Let me tell you, this thing is an amazing little workhorse. I have only had it 2 weeks and have less than 10 hours on it but have been clearing stumps from a field like a champ!
I had read reviews about Branson and the only negative was service, however, Rich and his crew have been outstanding. I have called several times with questions and they have always been ready to assist. Needed a part and Rich sent it right to me. I have zero complaints about Branson tractors and Georgia Land Equipment.
I usually don’t do reviews; but decided it was warrantied this time. I have been researching compact tractors and looked are the usual color scheme tractors; but came back to Branson due the value and simplicity of the tractors. What finally drove me to purchase my tractor was the outstanding team at Georgia Land Equipment (Rich and Dennis) who were very professional and just as important personable making the process enjoyable. One slight concern, they are ~2 hours away; but I have no doubt their support will be there after the sale, so in the end the distance was a non-factor in the purchase.
Happened to be in the area on a trip down from TN and decided to give Rich and his team a quick visit. Ended up leaving with a great deal on a tractor. I had been looking for a while and have talked with several dealers about several brands. Rich took the time to listen to me and my wants and offered some great insight and advice. Rich understands the true value of service and it shows. If you are in the market, I would highly recommend giving these guys a chance.
I searched for a while to get the best deal possible on a new Compact Tractor. Georgia Land Equipment was mentioned to me by a friend. I was very pleased with the entire experience and love my new Branson 2400H. Rich was great and very responsive to me when I reached out for a quote. Very helpful with getting me set up with everything I needed and even delivered all of my new equipment to my home when I was swamped. Best deal out there for sure and Rich and his team are great.

Some of the most knowledgeable and helpful guys you will find. I purchased a Branson tractor from a guy who had bought it new in 2021 from this dealership. The guys at GLE transferred the remaining 6-year warranty to me with no hassle. Before you buy a John Deere or Kubota, check out Branson.
We recently had an issue with our Cub Cadet mower. After jumping through some Corporate hoops, I was given the number for Georgia Land Equipment. I was greeted by Rich, the GM. He was swift and considerate when dealing with my issue. I too own a small business and customer service is very important to me. Rich was a true professional! I will never shop or repair my equipment anywhere else. I would give him 10 stars if possible.
